Clip in hair extensions application $30 (available for colour matching and purchase*)

(*clip in extensions are available for purchase. A consultation appointment is required for accurate pricing . Exclusively carrying BFB Extensions) The $30 application fee will be included in the purchase of hair extensions.

Blow out prior to styling $45

Engagement hair $150

WEDDING BOOKING POLICIES & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All quotes will include travel for onsite wedding services and taxes. The client will be responsible for any parking fees if applicable.
All wedding bookings require a $100 non-refundable retainer (which goes towards the day of services) and a signed copy of the bridal hair contract. Failure to do so will result in your wedding day not being secured. The deposit can be made by e-transfer or via credit card through HoneyBook.
The remaining balance is due one week prior to the wedding date.
All onsite weddings have a service minimum of $800 which equates to 5 hair services including the bride. Travel rate will be calculated on top of the service minimum.
All onsite weddings require a flat travel fee of $90 (round trip). Travel will be calculated from my location in Greater Napanee. If the location is outside of the 60km radius, an additional $0.75 per kilometre will be applied.
An early morning start time fee of $50 applies before 7am.
Services cannot be removed once the contract has been signed, however more services can be added. If any cancelation of the services outlined in the contract occur, the client will still be responsible for the full amount listed
A maximum of 6 bridal party members can be styled in one day for one stylist. Weddings with a limited time to get ready or 7+hair services may require an additional stylist to help accommodate your wedding day timeline. An additional stylist can be hired for an additional $75
Hair extensions are available for colour matching and purchase. A consultation is required prior to ordering. Please note that hair extension orders may take up to one week to arrive. It is incredibly important to factor in this time when scheduling your trial and wedding day.

Bridal Trial Appointments

Trials are an optional service and are reserved for the Bride only, after securing their wedding date with a deposit and signed contract.
Trials will only be serviced in studio (a ten-minute drive from historic Napanee). Please contact to arrange your appointment.
Please provide 48-hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your trial.

Sometimes a hairstyle may need some added volume or fullness to fine hair. Freebird Beauty Hair Co. offers colour matching and purchase of BFB Hair extensions.

Please allow for 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. If you think you may want to try clip in hair extensions for your bridal style, it’s best to get matched prior to your bridal trial appointment so that we can use your hair extensions with your hairstyle.
