THE PETITE PACKAGE

Starting at $740

This inclusive package is ideal for elopements and intimate weddings through the week from Sunday - Thursday. 

Package and add ons subjected to applicable taxes

 

 

The Petite package includes:

  • Hair services for 2

  • Travel within 60Km from my location to yours

  • Customized wedding morning timeline to keep you on track

  • Detailed hair prep guide to follow for the wedding morning

  • Veil placement tutorial

Add-ons available for this package

  • Bridal Hair preview appointment this 2 hour appointment we will sit down and go over your hair inspiration photos, and design a style that compliments your features and wedding vibe - $200

  • Additional travel mileage for weddings outside 60km, an additional $.75/km will apply

  • you can add up to 3 additional guests rated at $180 per person

  • Use of your own set of clip in hair extensions- $30/person

THE INFLUENCER PACKAGE

starting at $1100

This package is for Fridays and Saturday weddings, inclusive of the bride + 4 additional guests

Package and add ons subjected to applicable taxes

 

The Influencer package includes: 

  • Travel within 60Km from my location to yours

  • Hair services for the bride + 4 additional guests

  • Customized timeline for your wedding morning hair services

  • detailed hair prep guide to help prepare you for the morning of your wedding day 

  • Veil placement tutorial

 

Add-ons available for this package

  • Bridal hair preview appointment - $200

  • Additional mileage for locations greater than 60km, an additional $.75/km applies

  • up to 3 additional guests can be styled rated at $180 per person

  • use of your own set of  clip in hair extensions - $30/person

THE STAR TREATMENT PACKAGE

This Package is suitable for brides that require that extra touch of stardom to their day.

The Star Treatment package includes

  • Hair styling for Bride +4 additional guests

  • Travel up to 60KM from my location

  • A Hairstyle change or hair touch ups before cocktail hour (coverage up to 3 hours)

 

Add-ons services available for this package 

  • Bridal hair preview -$200

  • Additional travel 

  • Hair services for up to 3 additional guests - $180 per person

  • Use of your own set of clip in hair extensions - $30/person

CLIP IN HAIR EXTENSIONS

Sometimes a hairstyle may need some added volume or fullness to fine hair. Freebird Beauty Hair Co. now offers colour matching ,purchase and or rentals of BFB Hair extensions. 

Please allow for 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. If you think you may want to try clip in hair extensions for your bridal style, it’s best to get matched prior to your bridal trial appointment so that we can use your hair extensions with your hairstyle. 

To help eliminate stress so you don't forget to pack anything, Freebird Beauty Hair Co. handles all of the logistics of ordering your set of hair extensions, prepping them for styling and bringing them to you on the day of your wedding day.

BRIDAL HAIR ACCESSORIES

I know sometimes it is hard to find the perfect bridal accessory to complete your vision. I am proud to announce that I’ve become a brand ambassador with Hair Comes the Bride. Freebird Beauty Hair Co. provides a selection of curated accessories for you to try on at your bridal trial and are available for purchase or rent. Contact me for more details.

Booking Policy + Additional Information

  • All quotes will include travel for onsite wedding services. The client will be responsible for any parking fees if applicable.

  • All wedding bookings require a $100 non-refundable retainer (which goes towards the day of services) and a signed copy of the bridal hair contract. Failure to do so will result in your wedding day not being secured. The deposit can be made by e-transfer or via credit card through HoneyBook.

  • The remaining balance is due one week prior to the wedding date

  • Clients have up to three months from the wedding date to make any changes or cancellations to the head count. Services must meet the booking requirement of a selected package. If changes or cancellations occur less than two weeks to the wedding date, the client will still be responsible for the full amount outlined on the invoice.

  • All onsite wedding packages are inclusive of travel up to 60 km from my location. If the address for hair services is outside of the 60km radius, an additional $0.75 per kilometre will be applied.

  • Timing permitted, a maximum of up to 8 bridal party members can be styled in one day. Brides must be flexible with starting earlier in order to meet the timeline requirements.

  • Hair extensions are available for colour matching, purchase and/or  a 5-day rental . A consultation is required prior to determining if hair extensions are needed for the desired look. Please note if purchasing hair extension, orders may take up to one week to arrive. It is incredibly important to factor in this time when scheduling your trial and wedding day.

Bridal Trial Appointments

​

  • Trials are an add-on service and are reserved for the Bride only, after securing their wedding date with a deposit and signed contract.

  • Trials will only be serviced in studio (a ten-minute drive from historic Napanee). Please contact to arrange your appointment.

  • Please provide 48-hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your trial.
