Freebird Beauty Hair Co. has been a 5 year dream in the making. I had been thinking about the idea of exclusively running an onsite hair styling business geared towards weddings when I became a bride myself. I found that the wedding day was chaotic, rushing to the salon first thing in the morning to get our hair done. I barely had time to relax and enjoy the moment with my best friends before it was time to walk down the aisle.  After achieving my Bachelor of Arts in Classical Archaeology in 2011, I was asked to do many of my friends hair for special occasions such as public speaking events, graduations, their engagements and weddings. I studied, worked hard and learned from some of the best educators and stylists in the hair industry before receiving my license in hair styling in 2015.    When I became a mom in 2017, I found myself constantly thinking about how can I fulfill my passions while still being a devoted mother to my little boy. I returned to the salon briefly in 2018 and 2019 before deciding the time was now to chase after my dreams and make them a reality. In January of 2020 I officially opened my onsite hairstyling business for weddings and Freebird Beauty Hair Co. was born.
